Right click then open with then choose default program.

The only options are for browser, email and media players, messaging and virtual machine – no software choices.

There's just no obvious way to get the Editor to show up as an option. When you browse to the Editor, there is no .exe file there.

Found it! The file is way down the list, totally separate from the HTML Editor
So... from Browse, it's Computer>C>Users>Name>AppData>Roaming>CCSoftware>"Coffee"

I browse to the icon on my desktop.

I have the shortcut icon on my desktop, it just wouldn't show up as an option when I browsed for programs.

Step 1 -Find your application path
In windows XP
HTML Editor application path as follow.
"C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\CoffeeCup Software\Coffee.exe"

Step 2 -In windows explorer > Tool s > Folder Option > View Tap > show Hidden files and folder .

Step 3 - Right click on any HTML file > Open with > choose program, if you don't see your favorite application in the list then click on browse button to locate your application , In XP case hidden folder of C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\CoffeeCup Software
