Monday night, our IT department "fixed" an error I was having with our anti-virus software running scans throughout the middle of the day.

Now when I right click the LockBox icon in my system tray, I get an Access violation in module 'LockBox.exe'

Not only that, but now I get an error in Windows Explorer telling me that it can't find a file... even thought it just opened it in CoffeeCup HTML Editor.

Oh, and to top it all off, with the latest "fix" they did to try to fix their last "fix", now my password for LockBox does not work. Yes, I know the password is correct because it's the same one I use at home. I have zero problems with CoffeeCup software at home.

Ok, my ranting and raging is over... coffee is done brewing.

I don't use Lockbox, so I don't know what to suggest. The only thing I can think of is try to deactivate your anti virus before trying the Lockbox again. But maybe the CC Support can help. You find a link up in the nav bar.

If all things fail, you could try 'fixing' the IT rep...

Greetings from someone who once was an IT rep...
