Has anybody else watched the latest frozen planet on Discovery channel?
Animals are awesome and are in total sync with the planet. We suck at are job as humans in keeping in sync.

Sync? What is that? lol I know about Nsync... ! LOL

Anyway, yes I know. It is because we let the busy fast paced actions get in the way of seeing the true meaning of nature.

I suggest meditation.

I meditate at least once a day, either when I first get up (which has not happened lately) or before I go to bed. (Which is normally what I have been doing lately).

So times when I am having a hard day I will put in some more time.

It is how I keep so calm whist talking with Jo Ann. LOL

Anyway, you should try it. It is not that hard. But it does take practice. You will have to learn how to tune everything out all the sounds and well just everything!

Anyway, I am ranting like Prism now, so I will hush and go back to finding bugs!

It's never quiet no matter where I go.

I have that too... But you can get past it with practice.
