Well, the entire site is Flash-based, rather than individual parts of the site, which is what CoffeeCup's apps create. I'm sure you can make a site just as nice, but it will most likely use more HTML than having entire pages one whole .swf file.

Michelle,

That site was developed using Adobe Flash. No....you cannot use Coffee Cup to develop that site. A couple things about Adobe Flash. It's expensive and the learning curve is steep. Another problem with flash is that major search engines don't really like flash sites so your ranking will suffer. That's only a problem is you are trying to drive a lot of traffic to your site through a top listing with a search engine.

You can make websites that look just as attractive as that without making it a total flash website using CC software. But you will need to do quite a bit of coding.....still a better learning curve than using Adobe Flash though.

Thanks... I appreciate your response Curtis. It gives me much to think about.

Soon as you said 'deep learning curve'... i was turned off. I don't get paid enough to go through all of that lol... I am still trying to figure out Coffee Cup softwares!!!

Thanks again.

What Adam said is true. Their site promotion is probably through other ways besides just google. If your depending on your site showing up a lot on the search engines(like google, msn, yahoo), you want to have content using something like coffeecup html editor or visual site designer and add nice flash on your site like they have, but also use content(articles and information) in a html format.

good luck on your site!
