I'm here to testify on CC's behalf. I raised two issues using their "Get Support" link, and both of them received responses later the same day. That's not even counting the kind-hearted and skilled volunteers who pitch on on these forums. I've only been a customer since this past Friday and already the help I've received is phenomenal. I respectfully suggest any problems in this area are not originating on their end.
