In my experience, I have never found the support from CoffeeCup to be bad. This forum is completely volunteer, and may not be the fastest or best method for support, but we will try to help as best we can.

They have a "get support" link at the top of this web page. Open a support ticket with CoffeeCup and explain what program you are having the issue with, if you can duplicate the issue or if it was a 'one time thing' that happened. They will do their very best to get back to you within a reasonable time.

You should always test your website in more than one web browser. It may not be the fault of CoffeeCup or their software. Not all web browsers are built the same. The exact same code might look different in different browsers.

You did not include a link to your website or the web page in quesion. We can't see what you mean, so without any example, no one here can suggest how to fix it.
The only thing I can suggest with the lack of information is to look at what fonts you used. Not all fonts or font styles are supported by all browsers. Sometimes changing to a text font that is recognized in both browsers is all that is needed to fix some text positioning issues...but that's just a guess. Please provide a link and tell us what you see is different to make it easier on us.
Thanks.

During my earliest web development years, I don't ever remember feeling like I needed to pick up the phone and call someone because my website didn't look the way I wanted.

1. What version of IE are you using?
2. If you answered 6, upgrade to at least 7.
3. What program are you using?
4. If you answered "any of them", cool down, come back tomorrow

Im using VSD the site looks perfect when I view it with firefox but in IE my page is scattered all over the place is there a fix without having to resize everything? Also I bought this program because it's claims to be useful for us who don't have a whole lot of web design knowledge. That is why I bought the program. My normal page size is 740 X 1200 ?? www.myhallmart.com

There is a test site that allows you to type in your URL and pick browsers to test in.
I've only ever picked 10 -12 under the different OS's.

http://browsershots.org/

You have to submit your URL and than wait a bit, sometimes 1/2 hour. It's free so you're put in line with all the other cheap people (like me). ;)

Thank you for posting the link.
I can see that it is a mess in IE, and this is the first time I have ever seen it be that bad with VSD. The program usually does a pretty good job of making the page very close in most browsers. I looked at the code, and can't see anything that stands out to cause this.

Did you get a reply to your support ticket? You can log in and view all active support tickets in the "get help" tab.

Have you tried uploading your site again? VSD already puts code to help different browsers to display it the way you want it. Maybe something went wrong with the upload, so uploading the site again 'might' fix it.

The problem is the following line of code which appears three times, on lines 419, 525 and 539. I don't know why it's being generated, but removing all three occurrences (I don't know how you would do this with VSD) fixes the cross-browser rendering problems.
