Just showing a little love to Scott for helping me out on a holiday weekend!!! Way above and beyond my expectations!

For my fellow CoffeeCup users who don't realize what a fantastic team there is working at CC - I just wanted you to know what a breath of fresh air my experience has been.

So for those of you waiting (as I am) for updates to our favorite products - cut the team some slack...they really are fantastic individuals who are passionate about helping their customers - us!!

If other companies could do even a tenth of what the CC team does for its customers, the world would be a much better place to do business.

That's typical in my experience. Every time I've needed help, the Coffee Cup folks have come through with flying colors. Good products at a good value, great service and fantastic people - that's Coffee Cup.

Over a holiday weekend, that must have involved an extraordinary amount of caffine!

Anytime I am in a situation where I am discussing business philosophy with company owners or execs. I often site CC as having the best customer service in existence. I am not sure how they pull it off to be honest.
