a bug ate my software - Post ID 122756

Hello everybody,
I had a nasty bug and the only way to get rid of it was to reinstall my OS. That wiped out all of my programs. Can I redownload my programs (HTML Editor and Site Mapper) or do I have to purchase them again?
Any help will be Greatly appreciated (it's been a really bad day!).

This is one of the reasons why I like CoffeeCup software - the way purchasing and updating is handled.

A lot different from Microsoft's approach, I like Office & Flight Sim but they act like every customer is an untrustworthy moron.
