The current method is a pain to uninstall previous version as recommended and install new version, especially when we don't know what the benefit will be.
Updating new versions of all CC...
Why not post a change log of changes made to each version of every application? And why not implement self updating software (i.e. a menu item to check for and install updates).

CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Yepper .... you got my vote on that one!!
I would love to know what the new features, updates and bug fixes are prior to downloading new versions.
And maybe even putting the date of the software update so we know if they have done more fixes on the same version. I have been told to redownload the program even when I had the latest version already.
Hopefully CC will accommodate all their customers... even if they would list in the Customer Support download section.

Agree TOTALLY!
I'm having a problem finding the page with my purchases and their updates ... it's visible when I reply to some of your emails, and not when I log in directly. Can anyone let me know the link to check for new versions of my kit?

Tom: They have but its kinda hard to find. I have brought this up in the Ambassador Forum before.

Greg,
If you want to get there by clicking, look at the top of the page. You will see a link titled "get support" and if you click that you will see that one of the items on the get support page is "orders & downloads" which will give you a list of products that you own.

I would have to say one thing that would be nice is a login link on the main page. I always have to click support link (took a while to figure that out at first too which I'm sure is confusing to others or was until they figured it out). There should be a login setup though on the main page, that would probably help a lot. Once you log in you see the menu with your downloads on it so it's not confusing at that point, just getting to the login was at first though

Why not bookmark the page so that you can be taken there with just one click

We put a lot, and I mean a lot of research into this and there is a method behind our madness. Sometimes you just can't make things work perfectly for all users, and have to go for the majority. Once you understand the the layout, it is setup very logically.

Umm... cuz I forget that I can't login when I get here? LOL I will do that right now since it would be easier that way anyways lol, such simple things sometimes escape my old brain these days lol. Anyways, it's a bookmark and good to go.
*thanks her lucky stars for Startaid.com bookmarking site lol*
