Instead of recording a video on your local machine, saving and uploading. How about embedding a flash control on a webpage that connects with the viewer's camera/mic to record short messages/video profiles right to the web server. Allow form redirection after saving the video that allows us to take that information about the video and save to databases or whatever.

Sounds doable, CC Web Video Recorder(in a smaller version) could be loaded straight into a form.
Selecting output to your web site rather than one of the others.
It sounds like a great idea for the Software idea forum, They (CC) may just jump on it and whip it out for ya. I can see many uses for it. Maybe now that it has been brought up - they are working on new WebFormBuilder now so they may incorporate it - I would if I was them!
