I would love a Photo Rating tool, with which we could make Photo Contest on a website. Visitors of that website would be able to upload a photo, rate other submitted photos by Star Rating and leave comments. At a set time a Winner would come out as a results of the Star Ratings. And on top of that, somebody or just his IP could give a rate only once.

That would be really really cool.

I like this idea! I would buy it.
