Theres been a few occasions recently, especially with s drive questions if one of the ambassadors or senior advisor's had live chat with new user, could have made life easier, less frustrating if they had a live chat option
I know it would be impossible to monitor, but sitting waiting for someone to spare some time in-between doing their normal work etc must be frustrating, as we are all here volunteering our time, at tea breaks after work, before bed etc.
Just an idea is it possible ?
