My mom is a photographer, I'm making her website. When you click on a button "children, etc." it takes you to a page and displays a photo gallery album and shows lots of photos. This is the address to my site: http://thruthelensphotography.net/

How many photos can I include on the "Beach Resort" template of Photo Gallery ?

I don't think there's a limit on how many photos you can put in a gallery.
