Here is an example of a website that has exactly what I am looking for: http://www.comscore.com/

It has the social media buttons and also a contact form. This is awesome, and I can see almost all websites having this.

I don't know about every website but you can code one in to any of your sites pages.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I can't code, which is why I am suggesting a new program with the coding already done. Hopefully they will make a new program or make a newer version of one of the existing programs, with this in it. I know I can't be the only one that wants this.

Eric I bet you can point Michael at how to add one of your bits of code into VSD using the html tool

Michael, i dont code, but adding a bit of HTML with Erics help, i have done !
Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, Sales from CC site exceeding expectations taken me out of semi-retirement

Hey Eric, it isn't working for me :( I pasted the code using the HTML code printer through VSD and nothing is showing up, I even altered the links but no luck so far. What am I doing wrong? :/

Oh Eric, i'm trying to create a floating footer, not a floating menu, I got confused i'm sorry. Yeah if you could provide a link that I can link FB, some links on the site in the floating footer I would appreciate that! :D
