I am running Vista 64 bit with version 8.1 Coffee Cup Form builder and was wondering if this would impact on the ability to work properly on this operating platform

64-bit OS's are not officially supported.

That being said, many users have had success with using CC software on their 64-bit systems. Some are able to install and use them without any modifications, others are having to change the settings to 'run as admin' and/or 'run in compatibility mode'. The best thing you can do, is to just try it, if you have any problems try changing those settings. And if you still have problems keep in touch here, it might be something that another user had seen already and can help you through it.

I have the same setup and form builder works great.

64 bit OSs might not be officially supported, but they do run 32 bit software with minimal issue.

>>'run as admin' and/or 'run in compatibility mode'.

This has nothing to do with the 'bitiness' of the OS IMHO. I run Win7 32 bit as admin, and have many programs that I have to specify to run as admin for them to work correctly.
