sitemapper & search don't index...

I have just started using sitemapper and am considering purchasing site search, but the problem I'm having is that they won't index my SCC pages. I have included links to all my pages, including my shopping cart but they won't index the shopping cart items. I created a new folder in my main domain for google sitemap ( /google_sitemap ) and it indexes that. My shop is put in a folder by itself ( /shop ) the same as google sitemap, but sitemapper and search won't index the files in the shop folder. Any ideas? All settings are default settings.

One other thing, site search doesn't seem to be indexing my products. I have different pages for different groups of items. The pages get indexed, but the products don't seem to be. When I do a search for a product on my site it brings up a lot of irrelevant stuff and no products. Is there a trick to this to get everything indexed?

Anybody else having similar problems, I found a way to get it to work even though support said it wouldn't. I was scanning http://www.cctropicalparadisepets.com/ and was coming up with a lot of pages and products that weren't being indexed. I changed the settings to scan http://cctropicalparadisepets.com/ and it worked. I'm not sure why removing www made a difference, but all my pages and products are now indexed. That's all that matters.

For those trying this: On 29/12/09 it did not work for me anymore (unfortunately).
But thanks for sharing.

All my my testing with the software was actually done with Shopping Cart Creator. All you have to do is enter in http://mydoinain.com/myshop/index.php and it should find everything.

Take a look at the bottom of my pages on beachbumhq.com...you'll see a Google search bar for the site *or* for Google.
This search will pick up items in my store.
Is that what the original poster was asking???
