The client's website has recently been changed so that it is now using a database for a portion of the site. When I do a scan, only the db pages show up (.../generated/xxx.php). How can I get the rest of the site's pages to show up in the scan?

I'm wondering if the .htaccess redirect could be causing this?

Redirect /index.php http://www.xxxxxxxx.com/generated/homepage.php

where generated is the db.

Your site is in a frame set.

There are pages which are not in the generated directory, which are not showing up.:

http://www.bccrns.ca/resources.php for example.

The sitemap now: http://www.bccrns.ca/feb13_2013.htm

Does the type of page you have links on to the resources.php seem to match with the other missing pages?:)

Yes. resources.php is a typical page that is NOT in the db portion of the site.
