We have a medium size website (about 1000 files) that we are trying to generate a Google Site Map for. We have encountered that all the links within this website get duplicated with the https in place of the standard http protocol. Is there a way we can prevent SiteMapper from creating these links, other than the obvious of manually removing the links when the scan is completed. The site has the correct http protocol on all the links so I am not sure where SiteMapper is getting these links from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
