I've looked everywhere and cannot find the answers to the above question, so please can someone give me an idiots guide to what details need to go in the fields shown on the 2 screen captures I'm attaching?

btw, on the first icon I want it for Facebook so have changed from the generic setting, so the screenshot should actually be this one..
