properties.

I don't think SCSS files will find their way into SD anytime soon. Site Designer is meant for the non- or just little- code savvy, and sass wouldn't exactly be the first thing they would learn.
Also, having sass, there would be the need for some kind of compiler, and some people seem to think SD is heavy (read: slow, laggy) enough without that.

Hi, unless you are writing your own code initially away from site designer I don't see why you would need sass to be implemented into site designer. Possibly the other way round but if that's the case, they using sass in the first place would make it easier and quicker to organise CSS negating the need to use site designer anyhow.
