I just looked at my web site tonight on an iPhone and it looked horrible. Not only that, the menu looked horrible. And when I got into the inner pages, the pages got smaller in width. What a bummer.

It looks like you haven't used the slider to resize and adjust your content to the smaller sizes.

What did you build your menu with? If you used Menu Builder there's a setting in there to use a mobile menu after a certain size point.

Another thing, Izzi,

When viewing your site, regardless of screen size, I thought I was on the index page with any menu button I clicked on. I had to scroll down 'below the fold' to find that there was actually links on the Links page, success stories on the Success page and so on. Just imagine you are on a phone screen! There will be 'miles' of scrolling down before you find the contents specific to the page you're on. I don't think visitors to your site will be thrilled with that.

Follow Ernie's advice to make the pages change to adapt to smaller screen sizes. And make the actual contents visible without having to scroll, that's my advice.

I used the slider for the index page and then duplicated that page and changed the content. the index page looks okay on the iphone, but not the rest of the pages.

For the menu, i used coffee cup responsive menue, but that didn't come out right either.

For the way the pages look, my customer wanted those photos on each page but on the smaller sizes i think i will hide the photos.

I will just have to look it all over again.

Remember, the customer is not always right! You need to educate them. Many have no idea about how a great design works on a small screen.
I'd say, reduce the line height on the top banner when the screen gets smaller, and as to the second banner, with the images, put it further down and let the page text start right below the menu. You can always do as some newspapers do: "The article continues below the images" or something along those lines. The important thing is to have something to the point visible once a page opens, to catch the viewers' interest.
