It looks like SD3 contains all of the elements needed to create a contact form. My old site uses Tectite PHP FormMail. Is this still a good option or are there other PHP scripts that you would recommend?

How do you add 'input type="hidden"' items into SD3?

Would perhaps an HTML element containing something like the following do the trick?


I must leave the question of scripts to others who know more about such things.
