Again I scanned through articles and threads and didn't really see anything specific. So conceptually - could I have a desktop size (and in theory network speed) page implement a video as bkgrd and then through setting brkpoints and swapping - trade out the video and insert a still image bkgrd for the smaller sizes?
Mobile first would be the smaller still images and the bigger presumably home or office-based device would get a video bkgrd?
