Test the Framework W3C.CSS but not the right results in Site Designer v3.5

Dear support,
I would like the w3c. css framework applying in a demo project and make a small page that I have all the CSS3 properties of the framework can test and see if it does work.
I have the following steps but it does not work:

Can someone help me how I can create an Site Designer v3.50 demo use the W3C Framework?

You can use Vanilla and add the W3C resources yourself. I haven't opened the file you included because I'm typing on a tablet pc. I'll have a look later.
