Would it somehow be possible to add (a link to) external resources to the project resources?
For example a directory with images, residing somewhere on a website or disk on a webserver.

I am running running some programs from different virtual directories of the website who use the links to images in CSS and HTML. Relative links like ./images/image001.jpg in a .html file don't work, so I need full URL's.
Right now I have to do a find and replace on HTML and CSS files in the exported map, to change relative links to full URL's.

You have the choice between placeholder, local image and online image. For an online image you would need the full path.

You are right! I am so used to linking local images from the maps that i added to the RSD resources, that I not even thought about linking directly to on-line images in the design pane.
