I know that it has been stated that when Version 2 becomes available, it will be "new" and not just an "upgrade".
Will it be easy to integrate the new features like symbols and components into existing RSD site, or will we need to rebuild pages to make these upgrades?

Symbols and Components will be a part of v2 and you can create them from existing content within the same project just like you can now with Foundation Framer and Bootstrap Builder.
