I'm a brand-new Site Designer user and am looking for assistance and tried to attach a Site Designer file (.rsd) to a forum post but received the following error message: My file is a lower case .rsd instead the upper case .RSD, but it doesn't seem like that should make a difference. Any idea what the problem is?

You should zip it then try, or use Dropbox and then put the link to it on your thread,

I don't have Dropbox, but I'll try using Google Docs. Thanks.

If that doesn't work get dropbox , it has a free version
