Help please. I am unable to add or change images on our website I am building. In RSD and preview, the correct image appears. When I try preview-on I get a gray boxes with “Picture”

I have built a barely functional website using RSD. Website www.excel.shop. Using Website Insights and Sonar, I am trying to fine tune the website, but I am having trouble modifying pictures in a test environment. www. http://www.excel.shop/TEST_ESFR/

Where I think I messed things up is I was trying to organize/place all the image files into a subfolder of my website project. I then added the images into RSD through Resources. From the Resources, I select the image to use. Looks fine on the development screen and preview. When I try to preview on, I get the gray box with “Picture”. I do not know if I have somehow corrupted the resources index.

I do not think it is the setting of the row/column/container/picture setting as I have made a new blank test page and have tried to place some pictures on it. No luck. Gray box with “Pictures”. Copy image file to Image folder. In RSD, via a Picture field, I select local image, change the image file via Resources to add image. Add and Select image file. Correct image appears on screen, Gray box with “Picture” when viewed on the internet.

Any idea on what I have done wrong and how to correct?

Can you tell us which format you are using Coffeegrinder, FF or Bootstrap.
Are you prepared to make your RSD file available for the talented people who use this forum to look at.
I'm no expert but I wonder if the problem might be to do with break point and at which point you placed your image.

If I can't help there are others in all sorts of time zone who will when they come on line .

Coffeegrinder, FF or Bootstrap? Like most questions I have when programming, I don't know. Adapted the website from a VSD website and built it from scratch using RSD.

Yes, I will certainly post RSD files. Do I just attach the *.rsd file to a reply. Any other files I need to include. Many will look at it, laugh and say "....not as dumb as that Weber guy"

I attempted to attache a zipped .RSD file, but received error. Like to dropbox location is:

When I view in the inspector on the web I see this for the first missing image:

It appears that up to 671 px the image is correct and shows. Above 671 px it links to img/picture.svg

You may want to clear the link setting and try linking again from above the highest breakpoint ?

I think you have to work top down because its a 1.5 project.

This is one of the easier ones for me I was comfortable in Grinder. Don't think I was too far away with my initial assessment about images not placed at all breakpoints. In this case 669 images 220 and saplin.

Steven. When you receive video from the maestro you will see it's not a big problem.
