In the zipped up file provided, is a file called index.html which doesn't have that additional <script> entry, but just the original missing slash - and just entering that slash cures the problem.

It highlights the importance of checking that the cursor is at the correct place for the entry before clicking on Add Resource for the Head or Footer boxes in the Settings panel. I guess the stray extra <script> entry arose from having accidentally got the first footer entry part way into the second footer entry. I have sometimes made very similar mistakes in using the Add Resources buttons in the Settings panel.
