I purchased the responsive design pack over the FOJ weekend. I noticed there were themes loaded into my account for RED, Form Builder, and Content Slider. But there are no themes showing up in my account for RSD. If I remember correctly, I thought I read that it came with 12 themes. Am I mistaken?

They are included with RSD. Go to the File Menu > New from Theme and select one.
