I am trying to understand how The Coast Theme was built. Under the "Find Us On The Map" text link, there is an href showing #move-to. How was this done and where is the move-to? When viewing on a browser, works well in Desktop mode, but not so well in mobile mode. You have to scroll down to find map on mobile mode.

That theme is for earlier versions of RSD (foundation) I don't have that one anymore, but if I remember correctly
1/ the #move-to is just a pseudo link to stop it jumping about when clicked, the actual action is performed in the "attributes" section in design panel.
The row/column container holding the paragraph.text whatever above the map is too long for mobile views, thats why on those views you have to scroll down because the map opens below that paragraph/text whatever. If you dont need the paragraph text whatever to be there then you can either hide it at mobile view, & bring it back on desktop view, or just delete it

Thats from memory so it might be a little different, being that I struggle nowadays to remember what I did yesterday let alone months ago

Save the project with a different name, Play around with it and see what works best for you, if it doesn't work just close without saving the changes
