Hi guys :) just wanted to say Thank you for the manual, will be working my way through it for my IT course in the next few months! From what I saw it is looking good :)

RSD is trying to access the internet, Norton blocked it but it starts ok and is functional.
Question: Why is it and do I need it too? It has never in the past on my PC at least :D

Cheers

You have to create a rule in Norton so that it doesn't get blocked. I don't have Norton, so I can't tell you how you do it.

Hi Inger :) thank you for your reply!
Yes I use Norton and know its functions mate thanks :)

My question is "Why" RSD needs to access the internet?

Is it looking for updates? Is it sending my personal information? Does it need to check its install against a server?
Cheers
Brett

Well, it has an internal FTP client for starters... I'm not sure if RSD is checking for updates, but it DEFINITELY DOES NOT send any personal information into cyberspace.

Very likely the internet connection is related to the web fonts served by Google (Google fonts).

:D
The future of web layout has arrived and it's called CSS Grid. CoffeeCup helps you to get ready with a free guide, the Grid Builder app plus cool demos & themes.
