Its using the css "Shape-Outside" where it wraps around the transparent part of the image. Is this possible to achieve in Site Designer?

At the risk of incurring the wrath of some others I would ask a couple of questions first, please

1/ Do you want the images to be just that simple images, not that polygon malarky but still have a transition between the change on hover

2/ You are aware that on mobile phones and most other smaller devices "Hover" doesn't work as these type of devices don't normally have a mouse (although nowadays some do have some sort of hover, but only for a colour change, not a real hover) so this effect you are wanting to emulate will really only be workable on laptops/desktops.

3/ What framework are you intending to use within Site Designer
a/ foundation (blue breakpoints)
b/ bootstrap (purply breakpoints
c/ materialize (reddy breakpoints
d/ vanilla (sort of ice creamy colour breakpoint bar)
There would be more help and advice available for the foundation wireframe as there are more users on this forum that use it, but that isn't to say the other wireframes don't have just not so many, and the ways to do it will be different, so, for example, to achieve the effect (or close to it) in foundation, would be a different way to do it in say the materialize framework etc.

I am going to try to emulate something using the foundation framework (I don't use any of the others) we will see how I get on
