I bought RSD with the hope that I may have enough time to get up to speed and design a site myself. I am now in the position of looking outside and purchasing a template for a responsive site. Can you import into RSD?

Templates cannot be imported.

There are quite a few templates already included with RSD which where made in the Frameworks that Coffee Cup uses.

I think that is probably why imports are not available as you would need to know how that template was built such as Bootstrap Version 3, Foundation 5.3 or the newer released frameworks such as Bootstrap 4 Alpha and Foundation 6.3 or any other framework for that matter not to mention all the customized things added in to css and js files.
