SVG in IE not good

I have a logo in svg this is not scaled in the browser how he does this.

Correct, IE9-11 desktop & mobile don't properly scale SVG files, oh Microsoft :rolleyes:

There's a workaround that we consider implementing if Microsoft does not patch the problem (in Edge).
