I would like to place a simple „submit email“ form in the footer
– no contact fom with a „leave message“ –
- there is already something like this in the CC themes - e.g. Tech Talks template has a "subscribe submit" but without the corresponding supplement / instructions - there is only the design.
Do I need a PHP for this and how do I use it? What is necessary in elements ...
And it is for frameworkless. Can I adapt it to foundation ? Can I rebuild it easily ? Or is there another "submit" component for foundation anywhere ?
Or is there a better way ?
Here is a link to the page with the ready design (not working) – www.cuba-undercover.com - see the footer below
Thanks a lot

Hi Michael,
You can do everything within Site designer if you want. You will need some PHP for the backend. What do you want to do with the email address after submit?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Eric,
I only want that customers can send their email adress to my email account.
- like this they can subscribe to be informed about publishing dates
- it is similar to a subscription for a news letter.
It's enough when I see from which page the email adress comes from so I know what they want - it shall be most spntaneous for the user = no form that they have to fill - just write and submit their email adress...
I have no idea about php - is there any source in CC that shows how to work with (ready prepared) php ?

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
