Anybody know how to do this. Saw a video on it a long time ago but its has moved as it is no paralax instruction

Just look for these settings in RSD

<footer>
position: fixed;
left: 0;
bottom: 0;
width: 100%;
z-index: 2000; (any number high enough to keep it over your other page elements)
