Greetings fellow CC forums-rs, I just put up live on my site a stand alone Responsive Content slider file. On my old site I had a couple of pgs. of bid proposal examples, attached to the free Estimate button and the competitive bids button. I attached this file to the red Free Estimate button on the home pg. I know that I need to put example on their so that the customer knows it is an example of one and not to click on it expecting to ask for the free estimate there.
I just found out that phone device users can go back to the home pg and a navigation menu is not needed on the pg for the device.
Feedback please on using this type of file for showing example of wordpad file printed up bid proposal for customers to know what to expect when asking for free bid proposals.
Are there better ways to make the examples that using the RCS?

How about saving a Word doc as a PDF?

I intend to attach the red "get new paint" button to a form to request free bid proposal. I have not started on the form yet.
I tried a pdf before doing the RCS, and the pdf shrunk down too small for being able to read the document on the small devices. That is attaching the pdf stand alone, I do not know if it would behave differently if embedded on an RSD page instead, a pdf document that is. Do you mean to put the pdf in the resources of the RCS and put it stand alone in the RCS application? I did not try that. Would that turn the pdf into a truly responsive file? I added another one to the competitive bids link below the free estimate button. Also, I need to make an RSD blog pg too the one that it is linking to now is the old VSD site pg. Also need to get the phone and email buttons operating.

You could place the PDF file within popup modal.

Smart phones are able to go back to previous pg from the stand alone Responsive Content Slider pg files just fine, so There is no need for the popup modal. I'm sure that most phone users online are probably used to having to navigate pgs in that manner. Well, actually I have never used phones for online personally I have a flip phone, should I be concerned with the go back method of navigating the site? Used to have to go back with the old .swf files slide shows on the VSD site on desktops, that did not seem to be a problem for people.
Time to leave the two links to the example bid proposals alone and move onto making the blog responsive and getting the email and phone # buttons to functioning. Then the making of the 20 to 40 either stand alone or pg embedded slide shows that need to be created. Oh yes, the the form and few other main menu nav ljnks pgs that need to be done too.
Am trying to do this stand alone stuff because of the possibility of having so many pgs on the site. Am still working on the home pg and have not made another pg with the RSD app yet, believe that I probably should get the home pg done and working properly before using the top part of it for the basis of most all of the other new pgs.
I was hoping that the content in the bid proposals could be bot scanned and indexed for giving content support to meta keywords for improving SEO on the site.
