I've opened a new topic and I'm trying to attach it and it's not working :-( I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

The file may be to large to attach. Try zipping it up and upload to your server. Then provide a link in the ticket. This way we can download and review the file.

I still do not see it Joyce. If you are trying to attach your project file, and it is too large, you will receive an error message once you try to submit. If this is the case, upload your file to your server and provide a link in your ticket, rather then attaching it.

When I uploaded it yesterday it showed that it went thru, with no error message. I have to leave for the day but will submit one more time then try again tomorrow if it doesn't work.

No support ticket has been opened. If you file is over 9.9MB, you will need to upload the file to your server first and post a link for us to download it.

I have no idea how to do that - can you post directions? The previous website manager gifted the job to me and while I am fairly adept on PC, uploading to our server is not something I've done before.
