Hi, I'm really liking what a total non-coder like myself can achieve inside RSD. It's been a big learning curve but I'm getting there!

I am grappling a little to make my page behave with the desired header and navigation. My question is what should the HEADER and NAV tags be best applied to? Is it the Column or the Row?

That all depends on your design.

If the row only contains the header then you can apply the tag to the row, same with the nav.

But let's say your header and nav are in the same row. Then you would apply the tags to the individual columns that hold the header and nav.
