Hello,
Is there a beginning-to-end tutorial on how to use Site Designer? I have learned a lot of different software programs by watching training videos but I don't see anything on this except the short demo videos on the page selling the app.
Anyone have any suggestions?

You posted on the previous version of responsive site designer. Your on the old versions heading and asking about the new version. If you open the version you have and click on the help question mark it will open browser pg full of instructions. Are you asking about site designer 3.5, or 4.0 or responsive site designer 2,5, or 3.0 Responsive Site Designer is the previous version. Any of the 4 will have instructions made available when you click on help within the app when opened.

It's unfortunate that a google search looking for the answer to this persons question brings us to this page. I bet the guy felt like saying "Thanks For Nothing, sorry I bothered you"
