If you really really must use "Cursive as the fallback font (not really recommended

select the H1 header
in the elements tab scroll down to the section titled "ENTER THE HEAD CODE FOR THIS ELEMENT"
copy & paste the following into it

change the .heading-1 to whatever you have given as a class name to the H1 element
If you want to see the difference turn off your wifi connection and do a "preview on"

I have ignored the "Cursive" action as described in the video/text guide I am following and all seems well.

Had to take a break. This is probably a really daft question but if someone can give an almost step by step approach I would be grateful.
I start with a Blank template in Foundation with a laptop width. I want to enter a logo in the top left position (say 10% across the width. In the other 90% I want to add some centered text (Heading). I little lower and beyond the logo I want some more text centred in the 90% portion. So far I have added a container, then a picture. Using a Header it is either above or below the picture for the whole width which is not what I want.

It is a completely unstyled template according to your description, or at least the way I have understood it. I gave it some background colour just so that you see what is what.
I think that for small screens/small viewports, you should perhaps give more width to the logo (and accordingly less to the heading), or even make both the logo-container and the heading -container go full-width (on separate lines).

If you want a step by step way to show how to do something like that I can do a video tutorial but not until tomorrow Indonesian time, it's getting late here. Just post on this thread and I will do one.

It is showing a more gradual approach to what I said about giving the logo more space on narrow viewports.

Inger, I have tried to send you back a couple of examples to let you see my progress but they are being rejected (total size 1.5Mb). Anyway, thank you for the template #1 which is exactly what I was looking for. I just need to see if I can reproduce it myself for later work.

It should be easy. Just check the outer-container and the Flex settings for it.
