Site Designer $99 bundle - Post ID...

I keep getting emails for the all-inclusive $99 Site Designer bundle that includes all of the CC products. Would that purchase include updates? Or just for the first year and I'd have to renew all the programs? Does anybody know?

The first year is included, and then it's back to normal.
