That's ok it doesn't matter what's in each segment, what's important is the settings for the column, & the containers.
What & how much you put into each container is irrelevent, except for then you would have to forgo doing the negative top margin on any container that has space, That is going to be impossible to do automatically without some sort of JS script or other custom made thingy.
