I built that so long ago, with Coffeecup Menu Builder They discontinued it shortly after Site Designer came out.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

One of the reasons I asked about which framework is that there are some some drop-down menus available in the components library which just need styling to how you want then to work and look. Some frameworks are a bit easier that others to do that.

It's for a simple menu with drop-downs, which can be styled as anyone pleases.
