Just navigate to ... > User > Library > Application Support > Coffeecup Software > Responsive Site Designer > Components > ... and find the custom component (and it's .png preview) you'd like to share.

The recipient should place this component into his own Library.

If you are using RFF or RBB, you can only download the ones ending in .rff and .rbb and save as a theme, then create components from them.

However, if you are using RSD2, you can download the files and create components of the contents, then upload the components to the component library for future use in any project. Mind you, the files ending in .rsd have been made in either Foundation or Bootstrap framework and will only work in the same ones.

How do you create components of the contents. I have downloaded the files, but can't upload them to the component library.

I have downloaded files from Ray (red, rff, rob). I can open them, but want to save as components so I can insert on new pages I create. Don't know how to do this.

Thanks so much for sharing these Inger, they look great and I'm sure I'll be taking advantage of some of them on future projects.

All the best from Sicily.

I have added a zipped file to the sharing folder on how to create components. Please read the addendum (at the bottom) first.

URL to be found in my signature, the 2nd one.

C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\Responsive Site Designer Beta\library\Components

This is the path to my components. I have Win10, but I guess it will be the same in Win7

Dit is het pad naar mijn componenten. Ik heb Win10, maar ik denk dat het hetzelfde zal in Win7 zijn

Then open the programme - Elements - Components and select 'Add component from library'. When you have that window open, you can see all the components, also the ones you have created yourself. Maybe it would be a good idea to create a folder called 'My own' or something, and then pop all the components you have created in there. Easier to find.
