Trying to get a light bulb moment here!

Could someone explain or direct me to How in SD 4 To set up containers such that they "respond" like in RSD 2.5? How can I vary the the container sizes so that in small screen sizes its singular and larger sizes I can vary the size to 1,2 3 (etc) columns in the container in a row? It was so easy in 2.5 (once the learning light bulb went off). Add a row divide it into columns to your hearts content, then adjust the width of the columns to stack or split them on one row or multiple rows - etc.. I generally let pictures do my design work and don't need a lot of technical (thank God as that is not me!) but the basics are escaping me. Tried looking at themes to see what is going on but not getting it.

Sorry, I realize that frustration might be blocking me here

Which Framework are you using/

There is an email coming to you from Wetransfer with a video explaining about containers etc, I took a guess that you are using foundation framework
It's getting late here for me as I normally start work at 2:00 AM so I need a few hours sleep, should you need further assistance let me know & I will get on it Tomorrow Java Time,
