Is there an easy way to add a search bar/box for a site made with Site Designer?

That would depend on how you would define "Easy" and how individually specific you want it

Google has a search box thingy which is easy to add, but it isn't necessarily the best choice if you want results just for your site to be shown, it is possible but then one adds to the complication of Adding it is not so easy.

Inger either had or indeed still may have a search engine thingy on her sharing site or as a component, which is FAIRLY easy to do. Take a look the link is shown on her profile signature at the bottom

There are other search thingies online from simple to complicated, a basic way of describing such things is the more professional you wish to make it for your visitors to look at and to function more individually, the less EASY it gets.
