I have got something that might just work the way you want it to the way I described in my first reply now I know how many videos yopu are talking about makes things easier.
will let you know when it's ready (including how to stop the video playing if the user moves on before it's finished

No - I want a window where you on strt up can see one full picture and a scroll bar. Then you can start to scroll - to see more picture. All the pictures that are in that container depending on the position of the scroll bar.

And it's raining cats and dogs and wet ash from the volcano eruption, just had another earthquake.
I can have a long sleep when I leave this mortal coil

Good to know that you leave that corner. We are used to see every night in the TV all this hell - the refugees - the deadly assssination attacks - the climate change - seeing all that every night in the TV makes it so virtual after a while.
Hopefully you get through well.
And can make my container work !!!!!!!

Hi there,
I don't know if you and Wayan already have fixed the video scroller or not. But in the case you have not, you could take a look at this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wgy7y8t1d2bhw … l.rsd?dl=0
It is an easy setup with a clever js script made by Frank again. I can explain further if you find it useful for your site.

Ha en riktig god dag!

Wayan hasn't even looked at it yet having been evacuated from the volcano and living temporary in a 1 bedroom house when there are 5 of us and from tomorrow that will be 8 when Lina's younger sister and 2 children arrive. Not exactly a Perfect environment to working in. Hopefully we should be able to go home next week.

Oh dear, I didn't know you were that close to the volcano. The main thing is that you and your lot are safe! Work comes later.

The link above doesn't work anymore. I deleted it after having made it into a component. Its permanent URL is now https://mock-up.coffeecup.com/f-comps/f … oller.html

I wonder if someone could test the video scroller on phones other than what I have myself. When I test it on my iPhone 6, the video changes into full-width so fast that I am not able to keep it within the 'window' I've made for it. And in full-width it cannot be scrolled. URL in my previous post.

Also, I'm not a phone whizz. Maybe someone could tell me if it is possible to stop the video from going into full-width?

Hi Inger on my phones it looks ok om both google and Microsoft edge (canary)

it doesn't go full width (although it could do with it going wider as it is about 50% width and a bit small,

there are also other things
1/ there is no scroll bar, just a little bit of the next video showing
2/ the video starts to play when fully in view, and doesn't have the video controls showing.

3/the video (on small size devices, only pauses when scrolled out of view, consequently if the user scrolls back the video starts where it was paused, which may not be ideal for the visitor as in them may wish to start from the beginning again (having forgotten what it was they had already seen) how they do that without the video controls is a bit mystifying
4/ On desktop (all browsers) the video continues playing even if scrolled out of view. even if one leaves the site & comes back the video starts from where it was when last viewed

If I get the opportunity today I will take a bo-peep see if I can discover what's going on
