Hi - how do I integrate and existing form I have into my new RSD website? Is there a tutorial out there to help me?

Add an HTML Element to your page where you want the form to appear. Then in Form Builder, export (or publish) your form and you will be given a block of code. Paste that into the HTML Element properties. Next step is just to export your website and upload that along with the exported form files and you are good to go.
